TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Are you having difficulty with transportation to/from medical appointments? Our new Transportation Assistance Program provides free transportation services for low-income seniors (55+) who have transportation challenges. The program provides transportation to approved medical appointments utilizing professional, contracted third-party transport services. Qualification requirements must be met to participate in this service.
