Classes are open to all skill levels, come in and bring a friend!

The membership cost is $24.00 annually and includes access to all daily activities.

Alzheimer Support Group

Support group for those caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Ambassadors

A singing group for seniors 55 and older who like to sing and have fun. Performances are scheduled at local nursing facilities.

Art with Dori

Art classes taught by Dori Shishler. New projects will be presented each Thursday.

Chair Yoga

Stretching, breathing and meditation all done seated in a chair. Taught by Lisa Bohlin, a local certified yoga instructor.

Enhance Fitness

Exercise class designed for older adults to improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Taught by Bailie McCall from Area IV.

Coffee and Chat

Relax with a cup of coffee (and maybe a treat). Get to know each other and enjoy lively conversations!

Bingo

Prize bingo is offered throughout the month. There is no cost to play and prizes are given out to winners!

Line Dancing

Taught by a local instructor, come and cut a rug with us! Beginners and experienced dancers are welcome. Beginners can come early for instruction.

Lunch

Provided by Meals on Wheels to those age 60+. Meals are provided through Title III funding (Suggested donation of $2). Anyone under the age of 60 can purchase a meal for $6. Email or walk in and see Andrea sign up and complete a menu order. andrea@tippseniorservices.org
